I have come to the opinion that most celebrities are full of self importance and illusions of grandeur. Really, for someone who runs around pretending they are somebody else and then expecting the public to honour them as people of a higher status.

They are nobodies.! Why cant people wake up and see that these people have achieved nothing special in their lives and will never ever do anything that will be a positive benefit to mankind.

The media are responsible for this elevation to a god like status for these people and they are the ones who then set about bringing them down. Why? Because it makes money for them.

So Mr Public, drop the interest in these losers and refuse to acknowledge them.Get yourself a real hero and follow the exploits and achievements. Drop the nobody’s of the acting world and recognise them for what they are. Pretenders !

Ambition Over Adversity The Story of Triumph
The are a lot of things in life that will try to keep the average person down. We all are victims of obstacles that we must overcome in life. I was a victim for a long time until I overcame one of the worst things that can happen ever happen to a person, money problems. It was to the point where I used to be so broke that I could not even afford to get out of debt. A lot of people in the world will not tell you their struggles and what they have been through but if we do not display our struggles, how can someone else benefit? How can we better someone else’s life?

Difficult situations not only disciplined me, but forced me to sacrifice. You have to change something in your life in order to see a change. To me, its sad that most people do not even have enough time to spend with their kids (let alone themselves). For a good example, if you work 40 plus hours a week (every week)and you only have enough money to pay your bills, what are you living off of? Most people would say, “well, I’ll just have to do without until I get paid again”. Yea, and once you get paid again, its just going to another bill. Since paying bills is a never ending cycle, You will have to temporarily break this barrier. You have to take a “step outside the box” while taking prudent risks to have great things come to you. A lot of people do not like taking these kinds of risks but for change to take place, you have no other choice.

We live our lives with choices and the choices that we make today will always affect how we live tommorrow. The thing a person has to do to over come this “bondage effect” is do one of two things: invest and/or save. From my understanding of once being broke, I did not have any money to save. I did not even have any money to invest at the time. But I am sure that you heard the old saying, “where there is a will, there is a way”!

So what I did was, I was forced to start my own business. I had let my bills that could wait temporarily pile up and saved just enough money where I could invest in the internet. I have been doing this internet marketing for many, many, many years now. It was not easy at all but I took a step out on faith and worked extremely hard to get to where I am now. I used to work 2-3 full time jobs at one time in my early days of building my company. You have to always think about the long term outcome in any given situation that you go through.

We all come from different walks of life and with many different, difficult circumstances. But always remember that, the road may seem hard now but if you do not create some kind of a change in your life, its only going to get worse.

How Do You Rate YourProfessional Image
Every minute of every day you must live with yourself. Some of those moments are spent interacting with others. Many of those moments are spent with yourself.? Which is your better image? The one you display to others, or the one you reserve when you are alone? Do your family, relatives, friends, and co-workers have nice things to say about you?
?
Whenever you are not a pleasant person to be around, your image may need a little adjusting. There is no escape and no other alternative. This being an unavoidable fact, it stands to reason that you must find a way to correct any negative opinions others may hold against you –and even those negative opinions you may hold against yourself. Doing so makes for a more peaceful, enjoyable and fulfilling life.
?
With human nature being the way it is, there is a persistent need to be dissatisfied with the choices you make in life. This too, cannot be avoided.?Yet, it is up to each of us to find the balance and simply learn to know yourself and your personality by making an honest and thorough self-analysis. Not only is it important to make a good first impression, it is also wise to make the other person feel important.

You can program yourself be the best you can be. Do you need to gain more knowledge in certain areas of your business? Do you know were to go to get the help you need? Can you make wise choices when you have to make to make a decision? The more you tell yourself exactly what results you wish to see happen, the more often those mind suggestions can come true.

Try building your own dream page. Jot down every wish or desire you want to come true. Your page may go something like this:

1. Today, next week, next month, next year, or two years from now I will reach my prosperity goal. Prosperity exists first in your mind. Act as if you have already reached your prosperity goal and take actions to make it a part of your reality. It is not natural to settle for lack. That goes for anything that is worth having: good health, a comfortable home, a nice automobile, a prosperous business, a fulfilling career, and the list goes on. The more you think about your goals, the quicker they become real. They become anchored deeply in your subconscious, waiting for you see it, feel it, taste it, touch it and make it a part of your life. Involve all of your senses.

2. I will cheerfully give more so that more will be returned to me. This is the law of circulation and attraction. Never hoard your time, money, support, energy, or possessions. Learn to freely release them so that they can freely come back to you. You attract more of whatever it is that you freely share with others. So, learn to give only good, and only good will come back to you.

3. I will learn to forgive. This challenge has a positive effect on your health, your well-being, and your perception of life. When you continue to let grudges, resentment, jealousy, and negative encounters affect your daily feelings, you tend to block positive energy, prosperity and harmony from coming into your life. You must also learn to forgive yourself. Your professional image is tarnished when you can not forgive someone who has wronged you in the past. The same is true when you can not forgive yourself for a past mistake. Your life will continue to experience lack, disharmony and prosperity.

4. Today is a new beginning. I will change any negative behaviors and work on my professional image to become successful and prosperous. Success and prosperity is your natural state. Everyone is given the opportunity to be healthy, joyful, and wealthy. All things are possible. Ideas are everywhere. Focus your attention on your health, your happiness, your intelligence and talent, and your freedom from financial problems. Use your faith and expand your awareness for prosperous outcomes.

5. My image depends on displaying a professional manner at all times. How careful are you with your appearance? For women, your hair must be neatly styled, and your make-up in good taste and suitable for the occasion. The same etiquette applies to men. Neatly trimmed hair and a clean shave is a sign of good grooming. Add to that a positive attitude, a smile, and a sincere desire to help others will keep you calm and able to handle most challenging situations. Then by consistently expressing the best parts of yourself, you will not help but like what you discover and others will rate you a winner!

Gain Confidence and Boost Self Esteem in 5 Simple Steps
We all want to become more confident and feel good about ourselves so we can live our very best life. Here are some ways to gain confidence and raise self-esteem:

1. Do something that requires a decision and a follow-through.

Have you been putting off writing that letter to aunt Martha? Is there a friend you’ve been meaning to call? Wash the car, tidy the garden or clean the house. You’ll gain confidence by setting goals (even small ones) and following through on them.

2. Enjoy something you do well.

Do you have any hobbies or sports that you enjoy playing? Some things like going swimming, painting or writing can hold your attention and get you into a state of ‘flow’. While you are in the flow you forget about everything else.

Afterwards, you’ll feel competent and capable. It’s a great way to boost your self-esteem. If you don’t have any particular hobbies or pastimes that you enjoy make an effort to try something you’ve always wanted to try.

Picture yourself doing it, and then give it a try! It doesn’t have to be something big - it can be as simple as joining a walking club.

You’ll find that you are more centered and happier if you do something that puts you in that flow at least once a week.

3. Shift the focus.

It’s been shown that low self-esteem develops hand-in-hand with individuals who put too much focus on themselves. You can gain confidence by doing something that focuses on someone else or even something else.

You’ll find that when you are in a situation where you are meeting new people, you immediately become less nervous when you focus on the person you are meeting.

At the end of the day, you’ve interacted with others and will notice that you feel much lighter.

4. Relax, already!

Learning to become more relaxed is a great life enhancer. People who are more relaxed have fewer problems with their memories and are more likely to take the bumps in the road of life in stride.

The practice of meditation has gained popularity for this reason. You might want to look into Tai Chi, which involves physical relaxation techniques.

Whatever method you decide on, take relaxation seriously. The benefits are just too great to ignore. If you’ve never considered relaxation important, think of it this way: if you can attend to something that results in feeling good, how can you not gain confidence in your personal abilities?

5. Make a list of everything you’ve ever accomplished.

Think small. An accomplishment is an accomplishment! Some things you could put on your list: passed my driver’s test and got my license, scored a goal when I played hockey, managed to save enough money to go on a trip and so on.

These are just a few ideas you can use to gain confidence and boost your self-esteem. Use these ideas as a base point and add these things permanently in your life.

Keep in mind, people are not born with good self-esteem, most of us have to work at it. It develops from your thinking and the things you do daily to make yourself feel good.

The Secret of Finding Your Way With Gratitude
In the stormy waves of life, it is easy to get lost. Car accidents, sudden break-ups in friendships and in love, the loss of a job or a contract- all these things create an insecurity in life and questions about, if indeed, we are connected to a Higher Reality. How do we deal with such a problem? How do we get out of the subterranean, semi-conscious fears that besiege us when we get into these dark corridors?

In an ancient Greek myth, Jason finds himself lost in the cave of the Minotaur. But Ariadne, the king’s daughter, decides to help him and gives him a golden thread by which he can escape. When we are lost and, internally, are somewhat terrorized by our situation, what can we do to find respite and hope?

One way to do this is to invoke the positive in the middle of situations that appear to have negative outcomes. In the new film, The Secret, fifty-two teachers speak about the Law of Attraction and how thoughts and feelings can influence the course and direction of your life. Two powerful responses recommended by these teachers are the conscious exercise of forgiveness and gratitude. Focusing on forgiveness and gratitude when one is beset with problems is quite difficult. It seems almost to be the opposite of one’s nature. When one would rather indulge in thoughts of retaliation and revenge, one forgives one’s aggressor. When would rather sit and bewail one’s situation, one thanks God for every little visible goodness in one’s life, even to the point of thanking God for a way out of an impossible situation.

By utilizing the forces of gratitude at impossible times, one can find one’s way out of the Cave. This is the testimony of Lee Brower, one of the principal teachers in The Secret, who discovered how a tiny pocket-sized rock could be a powerful tool for transformation. In the film, Brower describes how he used the rock to remind him to be grateful in a period of time when events were testing his faith. While observing him, a friend named the tiny talisman, the Gratitude Rock. Later on, when his friend returned to South Africa, he asked Brower to send him some rocks to aid him in his attempt to pray for his son’s recovery from life-threatening hepatitis. After his son’s recovery, both he and Brower became even more excited about the Rock.

Can the world find its way out of the dark corridors with Gratitude? Whether the world can or not, we always have a choice. Choose gratitude and forgiveness and you will find your way.

The Path To Self Discovery
It seems sometimes that life is just one long intensive journey to find out who we really are. Each of us is constantly searching deep within ourselves to find our authentic selves. In this article, I am going to give you some ideas on how to better achieve this goal, and how to discover parts of yourself that you didn’t know existed!

The first part of self-discovery is always inner reflection. That is, looking inside of ourselves to see what is there. One of the very best ways to achieve this is by journaling. Have you ever kept a journal or a diary? Do you keep one now? If not, now is a great time to start!

You can journal about absolutely anything you wish! You can make your journal a daily diary, or write down only your hopes and dreams, or keep a log of things you are thankful for. There are a million ways to keep a journal, and there is no “right” or “wrong” way of doing it. I myself keep several journals on hand. One is for a daily diary, the other is a dream journal to record all of my dreams, and yet another is a thankfulness journal where I write down 5 things each night that I am thankful for.

Keeping a journal is one way to self-discovery, but there are other ways that are more external than internal. One of the most simple methods of self-discovery is one that most of us take for granted…our friends! Our friends our mirrors of ourselves. They are our sounding boards, and reflections of ourselves. A simple meaningful conversation with a friend can tell you lots of information about yourself if you only pay attention!

Getting involved with groups or activities will also help on your path to self discovery! That is, by joining things such as belly dancing classes, quilting groups, volleyball teams, and other such groups. Even if it is something you would not ordinarily consider, you might find out amazing things about yourself! I know a woman who had no previous desire to crochet, but took a local crochet class, and found out she had a real knack for it! This past Christmas she gave me a beautiful sweater she had learned to make.

Self discovery isn’t a destination…it is a journey of the mind, body and spirit. It may take a lot of reflection, and even some pain to get through. Another idea you can use is to clip pictures out of magazines, and make a collage of who you think you are and who you want to be. Analyze the differences!

All of these things will help you on your path to finding your authentic self. When you are on that path, never ever get discouraged, because the answers are always there hidden somewhere within you!

Your Motivation for Success
If you are someone who follows my article posts, you may have noticed that I haven’t written so many lately…Why? Okay, excuse time! It’s summertime, I love the sun, being outdoors, and being active, and this has been one of our very few heat-wave type summers! No, that doesn’t mean I have lost my motivation to be successful at my online business, but let’s face it, we all go through ups and downs, productive times and unproductive times - and this maybe isn’t my most productive time of year. Maybe it’s a good thing I live in Canada where there are four seasons and not just one hot, sun-sizzling summer year round! Yes, I am truly blessed to be where I am. As much as I love the outdoors and enjoying the beauty and solitude of the Rocky Mountains, I also have a pretty strong work ethic that makes me want to be the best I can be at the online business that I have started. At times like these it is tough to stay motivated, but that’s precisely when you have to take charge of your self and the direction you are headed.

A lot of motivation has to do with your attitude about yourself, your life, and your direction. You know what I’m going to say…If it’s the pits, then so is your level of motivation. Attitude is not only about the state of mind you are in - it’s also about taking action. You not only have to think what it takes, you have to do what it takes to get your desired results. What some people don’t realize is that a lot of what it takes to have a positive attitude is all about self-maintenance. Taking care of your physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and intellectual self is the key to maintaining a healthy attitude that leads to success. Simply having an awareness of what motivates, challenges, and inspires you can give you the energy and passion you need to do what it takes.

I know it’s not easy to always stay positive. Truth be known, I have always been very strong, but never the perfect model of positive thinking. I am working on it though, and the more I learn about success, internet marketing, and personal development, the more I feel changes taking place within me that feel good and that I know are steps in the right direction. It’s important to engage yourself in continuous, life-long learning in any area that interests you. But when you make an investment in yourself and your success, then you are doing yourself a huge favor.

You never really become a true master of yourself as things change, people change, and circumstances change. That’s why learning is a life-long process. Once it stops, you stop growing, and when you stop growing, you are stuck with negativity, which always finds a way of sneaking in and taking hold of you. So keep your learning in check, and keep yourself in check. When you have mastered this concept, then you can take things a step further by realizing the importance of giving something to others, or making a contribution. When you do things for other people, you have found a cause greater than yourself, and this can only make you better.

Be sure to know why you are doing what you are doing. It may be tedious to write down what you want out of life, but when you have it in writing, you can read it over and over again when times get tough, as a reminder of what you’re shooting for. Our minds can be nasty sometimes - flooding us with negative thoughts that can completely take over. We need constant reminders, just like a refresher course they offer in schools. Even though we already know the concepts and know what it takes, how we have to think, and what to do, there are just too many outside influences that affect our thinking, and our attitudes. Writing what we want down on paper, and keeping it in front of us where we can read it often will help us stay focused, motivated and successful. This article is my partial written word of inspiration to keep me learning and motivated. I hope it helps you too!

To Be Yourself or Not To Be Yourself, Thats The Question
There’s no need for you to imitate anybody else; they already exist. Do you want to be just like your colleague? If the Creator wanted two identical colleagues, then He would have created a copy of the first. If the Creator needed another person just like your neighbor, then He would have immediately created two of them. He never cloned somebody, so why would you? Every snowflake is different. Creation is not duplication.

Instead of copying an existing model, He created a whole new YOU! Why? Because He needs you to be just the way you are! Why bother and try to be somebody else?

Don’t imitate others. Observe them, learn from them, but don’t try to be like them. Learn their skills but then implement them in your own life and move forward on your own road. Because you are walking your own road, you cannot follow the footsteps of somebody else, nor can someone else walk your road for you. They have their road, you have yours.

Why did the Creator give all of us different fingerprints, different ears, different noses? Wouldn’t it have been much easier for Him to make all of us out of a single mold? One model; no differences, no comparisons. He could have done it, but He didn’t. Why not? Apparently He needs us to be individual. He needs us to be different. Certainly this fact adds to the pleasure of the game. If all the characters in the play were alike, then it wouldn’t be much fun to watch. He surely likes us all to be different. And He surely needs us all to be different!

Given the undisputed fact that we are all different, why would you try to be like somebody else? Why change your looks or your body with plastic surgery? Why not be happy with the way you are? I’m not just talking about appearance, but also about talents. Character. Everybody is unique. While longing for talents you don’t have, you are neglecting those talents that you do have. This is rather counter-productive, no? You have been gifted with a unique set of talents, so find out what they are and develop them.

There is no coincidence. Everything in the universe exists for a reason. You are not talented by accident! Neither is it haphazard that you don’t have some talents you would like to have.
If you don’t have a nightingale voice, you were not meant to sing. You can do something else with your life according to the talents you do have, and leave the singing to someone who is naturally equipped for that. If you have no acting talents, you should not act. If you weigh too much, you’d better start dreaming about something else than being a fashion model.

Another undisputed fact is that everybody is gifted with his or her own unique talents. Make no mistake! Talents are not only about activities like singing, acting, dancing, painting, writing or excellence in sports. Your unique talent could be your spontaneity, your enthusiasm, your connection with animals, caring for the disabled, your generosity, being a good teacher or public speaker, being a loving community member, or being a good problem solver. It could be your capacity to love, your natural joy, your brilliance, intelligence, easily assimilating new languages, radiating beauty, having a funny way of expressing yourself, making others laugh, kindness, tenderness, and many more. The list of possible talents is very, very long indeed…

What matters in the end is for you to be yourself, right? To be yourself is to find out what your unique talents are. Unique, you say? Others are spontaneous too! Plenty of people are generous or friendly. True, but your uniqueness lays in the combination of your key talents. Find out what your prominent talents are and how you can put them together. In the synergy and alignment of your key talents lies the beauty of your uniqueness.

It would be a big waste of time trying to be someone else. You are at your best being yourself! The world needs you as you are, exactly as you are! Dare to be yourself. The more you dare to be yourself, the more freedom you will feel. The more freedom you feel, the more you will dare. Daring and freedom support each other to re-create your unique self in an ever expanding celebration of Life. Your life.

Ethics What Produces Human Fulfillment
One of the most important questions to ask ourselves in this life is: What produces ultimate and genuine human fulfillment? I think to answer that question effectively one has to take a moment to reflect upon what does not give fulfillment. Our society has placed such a value on money, even over the importance of relationships, that most of us have a shallow view of the potential of our ability to connect with others on a deeply personal and communicatively intimate level.

Which leads me to my thesis statement about how humans find fulfillment. I believe it is two things: relationships and achieving our goals. For those that are not goal orientated, I would lean towards relationships and contentment. Relationships are important because they give us connection, love, romance, friendship, and a person with whom to share our lives with–if we are blessed to have one. Married couples, I believe, enjoy laughter, romance, spending time together, and even debating on a daily basis. I am reminded of the scripture in the Book of Proverbs that states: “Iron sharpens iron.” When we learn to live with someone who at times can be very difficult or unlovable, we get a true picture of what agape, or unconditional love is all about.

When I love my wife when she gets angry, for example, I become a living model of Christ to her. I feel like more than a conqueror when I am able to stay in the spirit, when my wife goes into the flesh mode. One time, in particular, my wife said something very inappropriate at me in front of a slew of people. I said: “I love you.” She broke down crying. I was the victor because I surrendered to the spirit of God within me. Thus relationships,goal-achievement, contentment, and please allow me to add one more–submission to the Holy Spirit, are paramount to a satisfying life.

While thinking of those things aforementioned, I would now like to delve into the meaning of life. I believe the achievement of a pleasing relationship is attainable and of utmost importance to all mankind. When I think about the concept of giving, it is important to have someone to share the inner workings of your heart and soul with. For example, I know that I can talk to my wife about anything and everything. I even do funny things with her that I cannot do, and would not dare do, with anyone else. Without a person to sort of let your hair down with, be yourself and get real, we are dead in the water. Why? We were made to connect. It’s hard to explain. The best example would probably be the commitment within marriage. We choose to love. That choice is a big deal in my life, because I know my wife knows she can count on me and that means the world to me inside my heart. I know I can count on him too. This is the key to life for me, and quite possibly for many other happily married couples.

When a person achieves their goals, in the area of careers, dreams, and spiritual growth, they are truly experiencing the meaning of life. When a woman or man achieves their career goal, to be promoted to the highest office or objective, they may truly feel great about themselves. Much respect may come about as a result of it. Deeper still though, when one is blessed enough to be a Christian leader in the corporate realm, we have a responsibility to serve our clients as Jesus himself would have. That entails looking and caring for people’s hearts, and not just their pocketbooks or immediate needs. If a person is fortunate enough to see their dreams come true, that is the ultimate in fulfillment. I once heard an actor say: “I’m lucky enough to do what I love.” I believe many of us would experience much joy to do what we love, or to finish the call of God on our life. None of the above goals can take place without spiritual growth. None.

Become a Communication Pro in the Workplace
You have been chosen to conduct the meeting next week…how are you feeling? Nothing can frustrate your career faster than not being able to speak in front of a group. Although CEO’s are expected to be successful communicators, speaking is not just for C-level executives but for all employees.

Lets face it, the workplace is full of speaking opportunities; meetings, presentations, trainings, seminars, boardroom discussions, interviews, etc. and if you can’t articulate and present your ideas you will not be seen by your peers as a leader.

Public speaking can bring up the biggest fear in all of us. Even the most experienced speakers such as Bill Gates, Dr Phil McGraw, Mark Victor Hansen and others feel fear. In fact, it’s very common and natural to feel some level of fear when presenting.

What’s more important is how you manage that fear. The fear does not have to rule your experience. The more prepared you are the better your public speaking experience will be. Public speaking is a skill that can be learned and developed through practice.

It doesn’t matter if you are the president of an organization, an employee, or an entrepreneur looking for funding for a project…the time will come where you will have to articulate your ideas.

Most people find they hit a glass ceiling in their
career if they do not actively develop the leadership skill of public speaking. Learning to be a speaker or developing into a better speaker can open new doors for you.

Here are some quick tips to cultivate your public speaking skills;

1. Prepare - Make sure to do some research on current information if it is appropriate. Write your speech to include an introduction, some main points, and a conclusion. Decide if you will use the assistance of visual aids.

However, don’t use the visual aids such as powerpoint as a crutch. There are a lot of resources available online to help you when it comes time to write your speech so use them.

2. Humor - Your presentation should include stories, anecdotes, or quotes that directly relate to your topic. Humor embraces your audience and it helps to build rapport with them.

Laughter can put your audience and yourself at ease. Consider your audience when determining how much humor to incorporate in your speech. Don’t worry if you’re not good at telling jokes or view yourself as funny, humor can be developed with practice and resources.

3. Eye contact - Be authentic and make eye contact with your audience. Direct eye contact shouts confidence. While in Texas earlier this summer, I attended a presentation on a topic of interest. When the speaker walked out on the stage, he never took his eyes off of his notes through the entire speech.

Not only did I feel disconnected from the speaker but I could have read the notes myself.

4. Language - When practicing your speech record yourself. Listen for infection, rhythm, volume, pace, and pitch. You need to project your voice to be heard, maintain interest, and be perceived as credible. Body language can enhance your speech. So even if you are nervous you don’t need to show it.

Try not to fidget. Keep you posture tall and straight, both feet planted flat on the ground, your head up, and don’t forget to smile.

5. Practice - Prepare your speech thoroughly and practice it often. Through practice, you will develop your confidence and calm your nerves. You want your speech to be authentic not canned so rather than reading your speech to the audience, prepare keyword notes.

This will leave room in your presentation for spontaneity. A good rule of thumb is to memorize your opening sentence, know your main points, know your stories, memorize your closing remarks, and practice for time.

Practice your speech standing up it will increase your energy level. If at all possible, practice your speech in the room you will be giving your presentation. This will allow you time to get comfortable with the room.

When fear takes over it causes the speaker to react in one of three ways; bury themselves in their notes, find refuge in their visual aids, or fix on a point on the back wall behind the audience.

The effectiveness of a business presentation, no matter how large or small the audience, is largely dependent on the manner in which it is delivered. Nervousness stimulates us so use it to your advantage to get fired up and focused. It is imperative that you prepare your material and yourself well.

Record yourself if you can. Recording your performance is the next best thing to coaching. On video we see ourselves as our audience sees us. Try to be objective, remember this is an opportunity to develop your skills.

If you want professional support, consider hiring a coach.

Hypnotic Script To Attract Unending Prosperity
Using Mind Power to attract money is really no different from using Mind Power to create any other experience in life. The principles are the same.

1. You have to have a strong connection to Power,
2. You have to use a clear focus of mind to direct Power
towards creating what you want, and
3. You have to have faith in what you are doing.

There are other conditions that help with the process, but these are the core conditions that must exist before anything can be done with Mind Power. Most people have a problem with one or more of those conditions, which is why their efforts to attract money into their lives fail more often than they succeed. In hypnosis, all of these conditions can be controlled and developed.

If you think about the process that most traditions teach regarding how to develop your Mind Power abilities, they usually stress meditation, affirmations, or complicated rituals and/or visualizations. These developmental exercises create the same conditions as hypnosis, but are much weaker at creating change. With hypnosis, you can use a much deeper level of mind, closer to the Source of Power. This makes all of your efforts work better.

The following is a sample of how to use hypnosis to tap into the Source of Mind Power to attract money and a steady flow of prosperity. The best way to use this script is to record yourself speaking it and then listen to the recording. By following a recording, you are able to allow yourself to drift into deeper levels of mind, closer to the Source of Power. When you use your recording, you will want to set aside plenty of time to focus on the words of the script and visualize what they are describing. Try to imagine the images being described, and try to make those images be your entire reality. If you can focus on the script to the point where you are not aware of your physical surroundings, then you will have tapped deep into Power.

Hypnotic Script To Attract Unending Prosperity

Now, I want you to continue relaxing your body. Let all of your muscles in your arms and legs go completely limp and loose. There is absolutely nothing that you need to do right now, so allow yourself to relax 100%. Just think limp and loose, and your body will follow along. Limp and loose. Imagine that you are a rag doll, floating on a cloud, or in a raft on a softly swelling ocean. Lots of open space.

Focus now on your breathing. Take nice, deep breaths. Slow and easy. Breath in to a count of 3. One, two, three. Breath out to a count of 5. One, two, three, four, five. Do this several more times. Breathe in to a count of 3. Breathe out to a count of 5. Breathe in to a count of 3. Breathe out to a count of 5. Yes. You’re doing very well here. With each breath you take, you are getting more and more relaxed. And as your body relaxes, the focus of your mind improves.

Now that you are completely relaxed physically, we are going to start working on the spiritual level. If you have not already done so, I want you to close your eyes. You are now going deep within yourself, to a very safe place. You are now moving closer and closer to your spiritual source of Power. The closer you get to your spiritual source of Power, the better you will feel. This is a very pleasant, enjoyable experience. As I speak to you now, you are moving closer and closer to your source of spiritual Power. You may imagine a staircase in front of you leading down into your inner self. This will be a safe and secure staircase, one that is obviously built with care and pride. There will also be a soft glow of light on this staircase. See the staircase now.

There are 21 steps on this staircase. I will count the steps as we go down into the deepest parts of your inner self. With each step you take, you will feel a greater sense of peace, serenity, and love. Let’s start going down now. We start with 21 steps to the bottom. As you take the first step, there are now 20 steps to the bottom. Take another step and it becomes 19. 18. 17. Taking each step brings you closer to the source of your spiritual Power. 16. 15. 14. 13. 12. You definitely feel safe and secure in this place. It’s almost like coming home after a long journey. 11. 10. 9. 8. 7. 6. Deeper and deeper into your inner self. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. And now you reach the bottom of the staircase. You have reached the innermost center of your being. Take a moment to rest and adjust to the new feelings of peace, acceptance, and love.

You will soon notice a door. This door leads to the Source of all Power. Just being outside the door, you can feel the incredible Power radiating from within. You may open the door and walk through now.

The sense of Power here is almost overwhelming. But you are quickly getting used to it. You are starting to absorb the Power that is thick in the air here, you are breathing it in which each breath that you take. Every time you breathe in, you are taking more and more Power into your being, and each time you breathe out, that Power is becoming a part of you. This Power that you are breathing in is transforming you, giving you more abilities and Powers.

Soon, you notice that one of your new abilities is a sense of connection to everything in the universe. More and more information is available to your mind. You are getting smarter, wiser, and better at making judgments and analyzing information. This will come in handy when you want to check out new business deals and money making opportunities. You will have an uncanny sense of what will be profitable and want to avoid. You understand now that the best way to make money is to offer the world something it needs. You understand that when you offer the world a good thing at a good price, you can make as much money as you want. And with each breath that you take, this connection with the universe is getting stronger and more reliable. Breathe in even more Power and let this new ability become a permanent part of you.

Now, you are noticing another new ability. You are able to focus your mind much better than you were ever able to before. You can make firm decisions and not be distracted by unimportant details. This new ability will be very important when working in business and creating unending prosperity. This new ability will also be important when you are directing Power to create specific conditions. And with each breath that you take, your ability to focus your mind gets better and better. Breathe in more Power and let this enhancement become a permanent part of you.

While we are here now, we will also use the unlimited Power that is available to you to create a money magnet that will bring money into your life from every possible direction. If you will look around, you will notice a strange looking machine. Walk over to that machine, and you feel the Power getting stronger and stronger. You will notice that this machine has a large antenna and two metal plates on which to place your hands.

Place your hands on the machine and focus your mind on what you want. As you do this, the machine is taking the images from your mind and sending them out into the universe with Power to create that which you desire. Visualize money and everything you can do with that money. Imagine lots and lots of money, piled high and overflowing. Allow yourself to get excited about having lots and lots of money. Enjoy the feeling of gratitude and satisfaction that you will experience having this money. Pour all of this through your hands and into the machine. Keep filling that machine with more and more images of money and what that money will do for you. Continue to breathe in Power, and send more images of money into this machine and the fun you will have with it.

When you feel that you given the machine as much as you can, take your hands off of the plates and take a step back. Relax and let yourself recharge after your efforts. You have created a future for yourself that will be filled with money and everything else you have imagined. You have done well. Sit down for a while and let yourself continue to breathe in the Power of this place. As you continue to breathe in Power, your new abilities will get stronger and more permanent.

Your connection to everything in the universe is getting stronger, and you are able to know more and more about the business deals that you will be working on. You will know what projects will be profitable and which ones to avoid. New ideas are coming to you now for business projects that you will enjoy working on and will also enrich the world greatly. You will know how to market and sell what you offer to the world. And with the new degree of focus and determination that is growing within you, your success is guaranteed.

It is now time to return to the outer world. Find the doorway that led you to this special place. Go through this door and back to the staircase of 21 steps. As you place your foot on the first step, you allow yourself to mentally run through all that you have done down here. You have made a lot of progress in this short period of time. It has been a wonderful experience. But you are ready to return to the outer world and make use of the knowledge, wisdom, and Power that you have gained. So, let’s start going up the steps, counting the steps as we go.

Step 1, step 2, 3, 4, 5. You are feeling very satisfied with yourself and the progress you have made. Step 6, 7, 8, 9,10. When we get to the top of the staircase, we will be in the outer world, ready to move on to other tasks and projects. Step 11, 12, 13, 14. You are feeling more and more awake. You are starting to feel your physical body again. Step 15, 16, 17. Take a deep breath and notice your body becoming more energized again. Step 18, 19. Almost fully awake, feeling very refreshed and satisfied with yourself. Step 20 and step 21. You are now fully awake and aware of everything around you. Open your eyes and greet the new life you have created.

You have made a lot of changes for your life during this session. You will notice many things that seem to be different from what you remember them being before. This is normal and is to be expected. Everything that has changed has been an improvement, so you will enjoy the differences. Give yourself some time to adjust to the new conditions of your life. When you feel settled with the changes you’ve made during this session, you may repeat the session to create even more improvements in your life. May you find everything you always wanted. God Bless.

Christian Marriage Blunders How to Wreak Havoc in Your Relationship in the New Year
A brand new year is here, and with it comes a lot of New Year resolutions. As Christians, there is no greater place to start than within your own marriage. How is your relationship with your spouse? Here are 7 ways to totally wreak havoc in your Christian marriage:

1.	Make mountains out of mole hills

Marriages are filled with a lot of joys, sorrows, and irritations along the way. Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between a mountain and a molehill. Mountains are those things that are worth taking a stand, while molehills are more like minor irritations. Mountains are very large and immovable. Molehills are small irritating piles of dirt that are easily smoothed over. If you are having difficulty distinguishing between and mountain and a molehill, ask yourself if this issue is worth taking time out of your day to discuss with your spouse.

2.	Yell at one another

The quickest way to destroy communication in your Christian marriage is to yell at one another. Proverbs 18:21 states, “Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Such power the tongue has! Are you using yours for life or death in your relationship with your spouse?

3.	Build emotional walls

Emotional walls steal the intimacy in a marriage. And Christian marriages are not free from them. In fact, every marriage has them from time to time because we are imperfect humans. Yet, the difference between a healthy relationship and unhealthy one is what you do with the emotional walls. Do you choose to keep your emotional walls, thereby building them higher? Or do you allow communication and forgiveness to help tear them down?

4.	Ignore you problems

Avoidance and denial are two crucial ingredients to destroying any Christian marriage. They go together with the adage “If we don’t face it, then it doesn’t exist” or “Don’t rock the boat.” Conflict avoidance will take your marriage down the pathway to such great destinations of Misunderstanding, Distrust, and Resentment. Where as facing your problems can take you to such resorts as Forgiveness, Intimacy and Happiness.

5.	Hold on to resentment

Resentment paralyzes any martial relationship. It serves as a catalyst for distance, lack of communication, and bitterness between spouses. If you want a relationship filled with bitterness, plant the seed of resentment and nurture it with an unforgiving spirit.

6.	Store up ammunition for your next argument

Long before popular psychology came into existence, the Apostle Paul penned an award winner definition for Christian love. It is found in I Corinthians 13:5, “…it does not keep a record of wrongs;…” Today some may call this “letting go” or “forgiveness.” Regardless of what it is called, as Christians we are encouraged to not keep a running tally list of the offenses our spouses have committed against us.

7.	Never ask for forgiveness

As humans, it feels so much better to point out others’ faults rather than admit our own. Yet, marriage is about having the maturity to first ask for forgiveness for how we have hurt our spouse, rather than demanding their asking us for forgiveness.

Mind Over Multitasking
Mindfulness or being mindful is being aware of your present moment. You are not judging, reflecting or thinking. You are simply observing the moment in which you find yourself.
How much time do you spend not being mindful?

See if you recognize any of these statements from a questionnaire developed at the University of Rochester:

1. I find it difficult to stay focused on what’s happening in the present.
2. I snack without paying much attention to what I’m doing.
3. It seems I’m “running on automatic” without much awareness of what I’m doing.
4. I tend to walk quickly to get where I’m going without paying attention to what I experience along the way.
5. I find myself listening to someone with one ear and doing something else at the same time.
6. I tend not to notice physical tension or discomfort until they really grab my attention.
7. I rush through activities without being really attentive to them.

If some of these sound familiar, there’s plenty of room for increasing mindfulness in your daily life. Learning to focus the mind can be a healthful antidote to the stresses and strains of our on-the-go lives. Being mindful means focusing attention on what you’re experiencing from moment to moment.

It’s quite a challenge to be mindful in our hectic world.

Mindfulness-based approaches have been integrated into the treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and other behavioral and emotional disorders including binge eating, obsessive- compulsive disorder, and depression relapse.

Studies at University of Wisconsin showed that after mindfulness training, brain wave recordings showed a pattern of activity greater in the left prefrontal cortex that is associated with happiness and optimism. Mindfulness also influenced the immune system of those in the study. The mindfulness students produced more antibodies than the controls.

What can you do to increase your mindfulness?

* The Mind/Body Medical Institute suggest that you slow down as you go about everyday activities, doing one thing at a time and bringing your full awareness to both the activity and your experience of it.
* Notice the times when your thoughts are creating stress or distracting you from the present moment.
* If you are in a stressful moment (perhaps you’re about to speak in public or undergo a medical test), observe your thoughts and emotions and how they affect your body.
* Make something that occurs several times during your day, such as answering the phone or buckling your seat belt, a reminder to return to the present and think about what you’re doing and observe yourself doing it.
* Being mindful doesn’t mean you’ll never “multitask”, but you can make multitasking a conscious choice.
* It doesn’t mean that you’ll never be in a hurry, but at least you will be aware that you are rushing.
* Although upsetting thoughts or emotions won’t disappear, you will have more insight into them and become aware of your choices in responding to them. Resource: Harvard Medical School Health Watch, Mind/Body Medical Institute.

Hopefully, hearing some of this research and learning some ways to increase your mindfulness will move you in the direction of being more mindful as you go through each day. It’s worth giving it a try.

Do You Feel Inspired
Do you feel like most people do now days? Do you feel uninspired? Do you feel as though there is no light at the end of the tunnel, and that you have simply died inside and are waiting for your turn in the coffin?

Many people have lost their drive, their passion, their inspiration. In fact, even the most successful of people have moments in their lives that they too feel that they are as low as they can go and that they have nothing more to give. This is a natural part of our human experience.

The problem for most people is that they have had more than enough influence and people in their lives telling them why they don’t deserve to be more, to do more, to have more. We have magazines, music, teachers, mentors, parents, friends, and a million other sources telling us who and what we should be. For a society where the individual is cherished, we sure have enough people saying who that individual should and should not be.

We need to reclaim our right to be an individual as we choose to be. Not allowing ourselves to be influenced by others opinions and choices unless we choose to do so. The right, and the ability to find our own inspiration and motivation and passion in life. The right to choose, without allowing the judgment of others to influence our decisions, who and what we want to do, have, and be.

If you feel uninspired, or as though you have lost your passion, it’s time for you to find it again. To find that place within yourself, within your life where you have your passion, your inspiration. You must take the time to find those things that inspire you and drive you.

If you feel uninspired, it means that you haven’t taken the time to find things that inspire you. You haven’t taken the time to find those things that allow you to feel passionate. It’s different for every single person. One person may feel inspired and passionate about changing lives and building a non-profit organization to do so.

Other people may find inspiration and passion in developing themselves and growing. The bible, religion, or philosophy may be enough for them. Still others may find inspiration and passion by sailing on the open sea. There is no deeper and darker a feeling than not having inspiration and passion.

When waking up is just something you do because you have to, then you have either not found your inspiration or passion, or you have lost it some where along your journey. Inspiration and passion keeps you up late at night because you can’t get the ideas out fast enough. It wakes you early in the morning because you can’t wait to get started again.

Inspiration and passion can be found in the most simple of places at times, and it must be searched for as diligently as a piece of gold or a diamond. It hides inside of our hearts, deep inside our gut, and it waits to be released. Once it is released, it touches us in ways that cause us to never return to the way our lives were before it touched us.

You must take the time to find your passion, your inspiration. You must learn to listen to your own inner voice and find your own way. Guided by nothing but what brings into your life those things that allow you to feel passion, happiness, inspiration, joy. Be, do, and have anything, and everything you desire, and deserve, and choose for yourself what those things will be.

How To Achieve Success In 30 Days
?Thoughts lead on to purposes;
purposes go forth in action;
actions form habits;
habits decide character;
and character fixes our destiny.?
–Tryon Edwards, American theologian

Psychologists say it takes just 30 days to develop a habit whether it is a good habit or bad. Habits are things that we do automatically and are learned by repetition. If you spend just thirty days making a conscious decision to fasten your seatbelt every time you get into the car, you can almost bet that you?ll end up wearing your seatbelt for the rest of your life. In fact, should you ever try to drive without wearing your seatbelt, you?ll actually feel mentally uncomfortable as your subconscious fights with you to buckle up.

Because it is as easy to form a good habit as it is a bad one, we are in the perfect position to enhance our lives and increase our chances of being successful by making a conscious decision to form success habits.

In his book entitled The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, author Stephen R. Covey discusses seven principles that, if turned into habits, form the basic foundation that is shared among the world?s most successful people.

According to Covey, these principles are:
?Be Proactive. Make things happen instead of waiting for them to happen.

?Begin with the End in Mind. Set long term goals and take the time to consider how you want anything you do to end before you even take the first step towards starting.

?Put First Things First. Prioritize your work and delegate tasks to others when possible.

?Think Win/Win. Make decisions and reach conclusions that benefit all parties involved.

?Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood. Listen to others and be sure to truly understand what they are saying before you offer advice or guidance.

?Synergize. Encourage teamwork and help each team member work to their maximum potential.

?Sharpen the saw. Take time to mentally and physically recharge yourself by taking vacations and participating in non-work activities.

While these basic principles are valuable habits to form, your 30 day success plan requires you to also develop habits that are specific to your own life and career goals.

What does it take to be successful in the areas that you want to excel in? Here?s how to find out:

Associate with or observe people who are successful at whatever it is you want to do. Watch how they behave; understand their work habits and then do what they do and do it for 30 days. Before you know it you will automatically be doing those same successful things every day of your life and doing them will become easy because you have formed a habit.

The next 30 days are going to pass whether you do anything to change your life and form success habits or not. Don?t waste one of those days. Start your 30 day success plan now. Your life will change when you make success a habit.

Learn To Manage Your Phobias
Learn how to manage your phobias before they get the best of you.

One of the ways to manage your particular phobia is to find out what exactly is your fear. If you have trouble finding out what that fear may be, then try to talk to a professional who can help you figure out what the fear may be. Once you know what the fear is, then the next step is to find the ways to deal with that fear.

For instance, one of the ways to manage your fear is to challenge your negative thinking with positive statements and realistic thinking. When encountering thoughts that make your fearful or anxious, challenge those thoughts by asking yourself questions that will maintain objectivity and common sense. For example, your afraid that if you do not get that job promotion then you will be stuck at your job forever. This depresses you, however your thinking in this situation is unrealistic. The fact of the matter is that there all are kinds of jobs available and just because you don’t get this job promotion doesn’t mean that you will never get one. In addition, people change jobs all the time, and you always have that option of going elsewhere if you are unhappy at your present location. Changing your thinking can help you manage your fears.

Sometimes, we may be nervous doing a certain task that may be scary. When this happens, visualize yourself doing the task in your mind. For instance, you and your team have to play in the championship hockey game in front of a large group of people in the next few days. Before the big day comes, imagine yourself playing the game in your mind. Imagine that your playing in front of a large audience. By playing the game in your mind, you will be better prepared to perform for real when the time comes. Self Visualization is a great way to reduce the fear and stress of a coming situation.

When facing a current or upcoming task that overwhelms you with a lot of anxiety, divide the task into a series of smaller steps and then complete each of the smaller tasks one at a time. Completing these smaller tasks will make the stress more manageable and increases your chances of success.

As a layman, I realize it is not easy to overcome our phobias. Remember that sometimes our worrying and fears can make the problem even worse. Take things in stride and try not focus too much on the problem. In time, you will find the ways to overcome your phobia. If you have trouble, talk to a professional who can give you additional insights on your situation.
Stan Popovich is the author of “A Layman’s Guide to Managing Fear” an easy to read book that presents a overview of techniques that are effective in managing persistent fears and anxieties. For additional information go to: http://www.managingfear.com

Live for the Moment and Put Worry on Hold Part 1
Living for the moment seems easy enough, but what if you are feeling hesitant, unhappy, fatigued, or afraid? We all have these feelings, and if they go on without setting controls, they become worry, stress, or depression. Each one of these can cut your life very short or cause a serious health condition.

Unfortunately, I have seen this first-hand when my
mother “worried herself to death” at 50 years of age. The day of her funeral, I swore to give up smoking and stop worrying. Well, I did quit smoking, but to quit worrying is an “uphill battle.”

Even the toughest people we know worry. Worrying has been a curse to mankind, even in ancient times, but there are better ways to deal with worries at this time. Here are a few ideas to give you relief from worry and to allow you to start enjoying your life right now.

Get self-improvement audio books that make your heart soar. You need to plug yourself into positive information that creates optimism from within your inner being. There are many good self-help audio books to choose from, and you have to listen to positive ideas many times before they are “permanently wired” into your psyche.

There is a growing number of self-hypnosis audio books for anything, subjects vary from topics such as: “quitting smoking” to “goal setting.” For obvious reasons, the self-hypnosis audio books are not recommended when driving your car. However, they are a good sleep aid, and you could set one up at bedtime. If you make them into a steady routine, you should feel results within a month.

Be productive each and every possible moment. Write down your goals and go after them. Your goals should be specific and should make you feel positive when you think about them. Wake up every day and go after your goals.

Set realistic deadlines that fit into your lifestyle. If you have responsibilities and commitments, allow time for them, and don’t make deadlines into a stressful situation. To get the most out of life, we have to have a full life.

Allow for family time. Nothing is so important that you have to be a stranger to your family. We all need bonding with people we can trust.

Seek advice from a life coach, friend, personal trainer, Yoga teacher, or martial arts teacher. Sometimes we all need a little “pep talk,” but only you know when, and how often, you need to boost your morale. This is not a substitute for medical or psychological counseling, but in the case of preventative health, most of us just need someone to gently push us along.

Some of my most successful clients know what to do, but they also need to have it organized into a system that is “user friendly.” They have also come to understand that you have to work at your goals every day and accept the minor setbacks in life.

Counseling by a physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist, is an option to consider, and there is nothing wrong with getting “professional help.” The family unit is not what it was a generation ago, and people need someone who is qualified to help them. If you need advice from a competent professional, this is a solid option.

Design a plan to help yourself, and stick to it. You can look at this as a starting point.
